- Defining the responsibilities of positions and the skills and knowledge necessary for them.
- Assessing employee job performance to provide feedback and use in determining promotions, salary increases and termination of employment.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred).
Able to work independent and cooperate as a team.
Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
Previous work experience.
